Miles Redemption for Hertz car rentals

1. Car rental services are regulated by the Car Rental Terms & Conditions, as exclusively defined by AUTOHELLAS S.A. ("Hertz"), 31 Viltanioti St, Kifissia.
2. Miles+Bonus members can redeem their Award Miles for the partial or in-full payment of their Hertz car rentals exclusively through the company's car rental locations within Greece or through hertz.gr and rentacar.aegeanair.com for car rentals in Greece.
3. Car rental payments through Award mile redemption are based on the ratio of 1 Euro = 300 Award Miles, with a minimum redemption cap of 1,500 award miles (5 euros) per transaction. The corresponding Award Miles are automatically deducted from the Member's Account at the time of the payment.
4. Members who wish to redeem Award Miles must have an active Miles+Bonus Account with a right to redeem.
5. The eligible accounts that have a right to redeem are the Miles+Bonus Members who have completed their registration, have registered at least 1 flight with AEGEAN, Olympic Air, or with any Star Alliance network airline on their Miles+Bonus account, or are AEGEAN Bonus Visa/AEGEAN Visa Cyprus cardholders with completed registration are entitled to redeem Award miles for the payment of their Hertz car rental.
6. To complete the redemption process at the Hertz Rental location (either online at hertz.gr and rentacar.aegeanair.com or at a Hertz physical store), Miles+Bonus members must have a valid mobile phone number and an email in the Contact details of their Miles+Bonus account. During the redemption process, a confirmation code (OTP) will be automatically generated and sent by AEGAN to the member via SMS. This OTP will be valid for only a few minutes and must be given by the member to the Hertz representative to validate the transaction or be entered on the respective field at hertz.gr/rentacar.aegeanair.com.
7. Award Miles can only be redeemed if the Miles+Bonus member is declared the first driver in the Hertz rental agreement. The Miles+Bonus card must be displayed to the Hertz representative at the time of the redemption.
8. Deposits for Guarantee cannot be paid through award miles redemption.
9. After the car is returned and the rental agreement is closed, the award miles used for the rental payment cannot be refunded.
10. In the event of a booking modification that requires a refund, the refund will be made to the customer's credit card first, until the charge on the card is cleared, and then miles will be refunded to the member's Miles+Bonus account.
