Charging Costs and Policies

At most stations, fees are based on kWh usage, charging duration, or battery percentage. Please note that idle fees may apply if the EV remains parked after the charging session ends, which will be passed on to you.

Upon collection and return of the EV, we assess the battery level. Please return the EV with the same level or 75% (whichever is lower). If returned with a lower level, a Recharging Fee will apply as we recharge it. Additionally, a Recharging Admin Fee applies if the battery is at 20% or less upon return.

Charging Time for Tesla Vehicles

Tesla vehicles offer charging options across three voltage levels: Slow, Fast, and Rapid. The speed of charging increases with higher voltage levels, with Tesla Superchargers providing the fastest experience (details below). Choose stations that offer your desired voltage level.

  • Slow: Takes 24 hours or more to fully charge, suitable for home or local driving but not for long trips.
  • Fast: Charges from partial to full capacity in 5-8 hours.
  • Rapid: Designed for longer journeys, enabling quick stops for recharging.
