End of Lease Period - Leased Car Return
After the termination of the lease period, in the absence of an extension or agreement for the purchase of the car, the vehicle should be returned to an Autohellas Hertz service point, by prior arrangement.
Upon return, you will be asked to sign the Car Return Form, which records all damages and wear and tear, along with the final mileage count. The following items must be surrendered upon the car's return:
- Vehicle Registration
- Car Insurance Certificate
- Car keys
- Car manual
- Vehicle Technical Inspection Certificate (KTEO)
- Fire extinguisher
- Warning triangle
- Spare tire (if available) or tire repair kit
- Security wheel bolt and other equipment (if applicable)
The driver's signature on the form confirms the definitive return of the vehicle.
